Everything we’ve been told about food and exercise for the past 30 years is dead wrong. FED UP is the film the food industry doesn’t want you to see. From Katie Couric, Laurie David (Oscar winning producer of AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH) and director Stephanie Soechtig, FED UP will change the way you eat forever.

Join me and an esteemed panel for a screening and discussion of FedUp on Saturday, January 17 at 1:30 PM at the Carnegie Library in Homewood.

If you’ve made many resolutions to be healthier and none of them have stuck, a good next step is to give yourself more information as ammunition. An enlightened mind is a stronger mind. And this film is a great place to start.

After the film, there will be a panel discussion about key points in the movie and what you can do for yourself as well as the community.

You can register to attend three ways:

Via the Whole Food Nutrition MeetUp Group

By Calling the Co-op at (412) 242-3598

Or via Facebook

I hope to see you there!
