Turkey Meatballs

  • ⅔ cup minced onion
  • ½ cup minced parsley

  • ½ tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Non-stick spray oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Chop the bread slices in the food processor until crumbs form then transfer into a large bowl.
  • Add the meat along with the parsley, eggs, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then pulse to blend.
