Chocolate Avocado Pudding
2 large avocados
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup melted chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 pinch salt
Blend all the ingredients in the processor until they become smooth.
Scrape down the sides to ensure a good blend.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes then serve chilled.
